Unsere Metzgerei befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße im Ortskern von Reschen in Südtirol und ist ein echter Südtiroler Traditionsbetrieb. Das Familienunternehmen wurde im Jahr 1974 von Hermann Folie eröffnet. Neffe Thomas übernahm den Betrieb im Jahr 2017. Bereits im Jahr 2009 passten wir die Betriebsstruktur der Metzgerei Folie an die geltenden EU-Bestimmungen an. Unsere Eigenständigkeit als traditionelle Dorfmetzgerei ist dabei über all die Jahre dieselbe geblieben.
Unsere Öffnungszeiten:
Montag bis Freitag von 8 bis 12 und von 14.30 bis 18.30 Uhr
Samstag von 8 bis 12.30 Uhr
La nostra macelleria, che si trova direttamente sulla strada principale del centro di Resia, in Alto Adige, è una tipica macelleria altoatesina. L’azienda di famiglia venne fondata nel 1974 da Hermann Folie. Nipote Thomas ha rilevato l'attività nel 2017. Già dal 2009, i processi operativi della fattoria sono stati adeguati ai regolamenti UE in vigore. In ogni caso, in tutti questi anni, la macelleria è rimasta un punto di riferimento per il villaggio tradizionale di Resia.
Orari di apertura:
Dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 8 alle ore 12 e dalle ore 14.30 alle ore 18.30
Il sabato dalle ore 8:00 alle ore 12:30
Our butcher's shop is located directly on the main street in the center of Reschen in South Tyrol and is a truly traditional South Tyrolean business. The family business was opened in 1974 by Hermann Folie. Nephew Thomas took over the business in 2017. As early as 2009, we adapted the operational structure of the Folie butcher shop to the applicable EU regulations. Our independence as a traditional village butcher's shop has remained the same over the years.
Our opening times:
Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m
Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m
